COMING FEBRUARY 2027. The SCALE.Rensselaer Accelerator is a new high-tech startup initiative from Rensselaer County in partnership with Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. SCALE.Rensselaer will focus on supporting “tough tech” new ventures by providing advanced resources, lab space, and mentorship to scale challenging innovations. The accelerator is for startups with validated tough tech innovations that are working toward scale up, manufacturing, and commercialization. SCALE.Rensselaer will provide resources to support market readiness, customer acquisition, manufacturing, marketing, and fundraising. SCALE.Rensselaer is a regional resource and will be a key part of boosting the Capital Region's innovation ecosystem. SCALE.Rensselaer will be based in the Quackenbush Building in downtown Troy.
